The cottage was newly renovated in 2024 and offers 56 well-planned meters with A/C, hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Electric car charger. In the cottage association, you have a common part in the facility with swimming pool (June-August), sauna, mini golf course, football pitch, playground & tennis court. Ängelholm & Båstad are 20 minutes away with both city and sandy beaches. Stay in winter as well as summer with proximity to activities for all seasons.

The house is in the middle of the village, close to the sea, swimming area, pizzeria and shop. Tunneberga guest house is across the road. Also close to the new Kattegattsleden, which has been designated as the European Cycling Route of the Year 2018. Skåneleden for hiking goes through the village. Close to Kullaberg. The house is 40 square meters and has its own bathroom and sauna. In the room, there is a sleeping alcove with two beds and a sofa that functions as a double bed. Kitchenette is also available for cooking. Access to private patios with barbecue grills.

A classic Swedish cabin with all modern amenities such as underfloor heating, WIFI, washing machine, bathroom and full kitchen with dishwasher fridge/freezer etc.. A small wood-burning stove is available and open plan with a separate small bedroom. The surroundings are amazing with 25 meters to Vege river and brew breakfast/lunch/dinner as well as fishing. Dogs are welcome but then there is a small cleaning fee of 200€ which is resolved on site. Walking distance to Sandön and its shallow beaches A wonderful summer home completely.

Beautiful hiking trails and bike paths nearby. 5 km to the nearest golf course. 13 km to Torekov. 11 km to Båstad. 6 km to a larger grocery store. On the property, there is an additional house about 15 meters away that is occupied by the host.

Here is a spacious bedroom with double bed, as well as the possibility and space for two extra beds (folding) in the living room. Bathroom with washing machine, as well as a small kitchen, with fridge, stove and microwave. The apartment is on the second floor and there is also an outdoor terrace with lovely evening sun. Exit to the west facing terrace with seating for 10 people, charcoal grill is available. Walking distance to restaurants, kiosk, padel/tennis courts, mini golf as well as cafe and service shop within the camping area Råbocka. 200 meters to long sand beach. Bed linens (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers) and towels are brought yourself.
