Newly renovated fresh cottage with guesthouse. 4 beds in cabin and 4 more in the guest house. Shower and toilet in both the large cottage and the guest house. Modern kitchen, in addition to outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and pizza oven (gas and charcoal included). The cottage includes access to pools(June-August), mini golf, sauna, tennis court, basketball and football field, all close to the cottage. At short cycling distance there is Västersjön and Rössjön with clean water and many swimming areas. Wonderful nature with plenty of bike and hiking opportunities.

A single-story cabin is surrounded by lush greenery and features a spacious wooden deck. A large umbrella shades a dining area with red chairs, while a grassy yard offers ample outdoor space. Windows allow natural light to fill the cabin.

The cottage was newly renovated in 2024 and offers 56 well-planned meters with A/C, hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Electric car charger. In the cottage association, you have a common part in the facility with swimming pool (June-August), sauna, mini golf course, football pitch, playground & tennis court. Ängelholm & Båstad are 20 minutes away with both city and sandy beaches. Stay in winter as well as summer with proximity to activities for all seasons.

Room for 2 adults + 1 or 2 children. Kitchen, bathroom, sleeping alcove with pull-out bed 90-180 wide * 200 cm, sleeping loft 105 * 210 cm. Floor heating. Welcome to our cozy idyll in Lerbäckshult! The cottage is 67 sqm with two large bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is a glassed-in deck and patios for nice days outdoors. The plot is fenced and spacious with the forest as a neighbor. Just 200 meters away is the communal pool with dressing room and sauna, tennis court, football field and boule court included at the stay during the summer. The cottage is close to the western lake, hiking trails and other excursions. Close to both Ängelholm and Båstad.

The cottage is 67 sqm with three bedrooms, a large living room with open plan, fireplace and exit to newly built large balcony. TV is available with access to Netflix (own account required), YouTube and SVT Play. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher - all appliances are new. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The entire cottage has undergone a total renovation, completed in the summer of 2019. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The exterior of the cabin is characterized by dark wood siding and a red-tiled roof. A small porch leads to a pair of doors, surrounded by lush greenery and colorful potted plants. The yard features well-maintained grass and hedges, creating a serene atmosphere.

Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Longer hiking trails can be found at Djurholmen Nature Reserve.
