While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door and entryway. Play bags, use putting green and firepit overlooking the lake. We have 3 kayaks and floats by the water. 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party, no groups ages 26 and younger. We have an outdoor cat who's friendly and may visit you.
