This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, full kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, deck, deck by the lake, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. THE HOUSE HAS A FAINT CIGARETTE SMELL. FEW NOTICE. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF SMOKE SENSITIVITIES.

This cozy cottage has been totally renovated and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. We have addressed every detail to make your stay a memorable one. The cottage is a perfect country retreat. You will enjoy nature, being surrounded by trees, birds, wildlife and a beautiful sunrise. We are located just 2 miles from downtown Palestine and 3 miles to the Texas State Railroad yet in a country setting behind a security gate with your private code. Canton 1st Monday trade days is 1 hour away

This charming couples retreat has it all with no cleaning fees! Here you can escape to your own private oasis complete with a beautiful vineyard and huge porch to kick back and enjoy the slow life. Take time to relax in the rocking chairs, hammock, or hot tub, or venture out to the fire pit or picnic table. Come back in and cozy up in front of the fireplace while watching your favorite shows. Firewood is provided for the fire pit & fireplace as well as lighter fluid and charcoal for the BBQ pit.

If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fishing is permitted in the ponds. The ponds are stocked with a dock. Enjoy a walk through the forest trails. Clean and newly renovated guest house. A fully equipped kitchen is provided with all the necessary utensils. The bedroom has a king-size bed. Two couches can be pulled out to create two additional beds. We welcome dogs. There is a fenced yard for dogs and a doggy door. Enjoy a night by the fire pit. 15 minutes to town.
