In the morning, enjoy your coffee relaxing on the patio while you listen to the sounds of the lake coming to life. My place is close to parks, the city center, and restaurants and dining. There is great outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It is minutes away from Clemson University and to the Football Stadium. I will gladly give you a ride to the stadium! The apartment is great for families during football games! I also have a second unit for rent, in the same house. It sleeps 6-7 people.

South Oaks Guesthouse

A completely private suite in our guesthouse. Enjoy a king bed, private bath, seating area and small kitchen area in the quiet, lush countryside. Famous homemade coffeecake will be in room. There is no TV in the room. No Smoking or Vaping. The Hot Tub is not available for guests at this time. Pool is available at an additional charge of 35$. The dogs name is Jake. He might greet you when you arrive.
