Great place! The modern, extremely tasteful house is in the best location, nestled in nature, beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. Communication was prompt! Karine is an incredibly courteous, very friendly person who even immediately helped with my car damage and spared no effort to accompany me to various workshops! Thank you so much! I would recommend Soraya's accommodation for anyone who wants to discover the Arcachon basin. Flexibility for arrival time with very clear instructions. Nice accommodation and very quiet residence, ideal balcony for evening aperitifs. Private parking is a plus.

The 4 days spent in this place were perfect. The apartment is very charming and perfect for a family of 3. Special mention for its location which is really ideal in the center, a few meters from the Place des Marquises and the sea. I highly recommend it and I will be happy to come back

We had a great time at the house. Loeti's hospitality was remarkable: she is smiling, available and gives excellent advice to make the stay enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the small touches on arrival: the individual formats of shower gel, shampoo and soap arranged on the bed, as well as the coffee capsules. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful houses — a nice surprise! The beach is nearby, as are several good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Franck's house is broken down into three buildings. The main house is very well supplied. Everything you need to have a good stay. The rooms are spacious. The very nice living room with a quality table and chairs. One downside concerns the two dependencies, the latter are not suitable for a winter rental. Insulation is non-existent. Archaic heaters. In short, it's very complex to enjoy sleeping. This is all the more unfortunate since the main house is the opposite of the two outbuildings. Not much is missing to make the place magical as a whole. We are delighted with our stay at Monica's! The accommodation is very beautiful, well thought out, well-equipped, functional. Monica and Maurice are very attentive hosts and have great tips. We made a lot of reference to them and the welcome booklet to organize our stay. The access to the pool and the provision of the ping pong table was a real plus with the children. And finally, the location in the middle of winter town is perfect (passing by the Moorish park and thanks to the elevator, we are in the center very quickly). Anyway, I highly recommend this listing!

Amy is a super nice hostess and the communication was very good. The studio is furnished with love, very clean and offers everything you need. She has also provided extra practical stuff for the kids (toys, crib). The location is quiet yet very central, the car can be parked in the street in front. All three surf spots can be reached quickly from the studio. We would stay at Amy's place again in a heartbeat😀

Cyril's place is really well located - a short, easy walk to the beach and shops and with a decent bus service to get further afield. It is a really nice property - comfortable, clean, tasteful and well-furnished. It was ideal for a relaxing week in Pyla-Sur-Mer!

We had a very pleasant stay at Catherine's place! Tastefully decorated apartment in a quiet, spacious area where nothing is missing, it feels like home, there is even a secure location for the car in the subdivision which itself is very pleasant and easy to access. Definitely an excellent place that I would highly recommend. Its location makes it a great place to visit the area due to its central location: Pila dune, Arcachon bay, Biscarosse and even Bordeaux less than an hour away.

A nice place for a couple of days. We stayed for a night in the pre-season in April and had a good time. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment is nicely furnished. Thank you for the nice stay.
