It is located 15 minutes from the ocean beaches, 10 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon and close to the city center of La Teste. It has an area of 32 m2 and has a terrace. Rated 3 stars It is comfortable and well-equipped for a pleasant and quiet stay. This listing is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Dependency at the bottom of our garden in the middle of the block in a very quiet area. Its surface area is 36 m2 and its private terrace is completely independent and hidden from the main house. The cottage is originally designed to accommodate a couple but we can add an extra bed for a child. The chalet is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated between each tenant. WE ONLY PROVIDE HOUSE LINEN ON REQUEST (€30 local laundry rate).
