You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Possibility of having extra bed on request for travelers. Loire by bike with the family. (15 euros per extra bed, there are 3) Property with enclosed courtyard for vehicle and secure bicycle storage on request. This apartment is on the second floor with self check-in if desired. The garden is at your disposal.

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). As the land is sloping, a few steps allow access to the entrance of the studio.
