Welcome to an old bread oven in the village renovated into an apartment in the heart of Bouzillé, close to amenities. This picturesque village is perched on the slopes of the Mauges and offers a pretty panorama of the Loire. It is an ideal destination for lovers of nature, heritage and tranquility, away from the tourist crowds. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people with the ground floor sofa bed. It is also possible to park bicycles or motorcycles upon request.

It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). As the land is sloping, a few steps allow access to the entrance of the studio.
