Built in 1888, this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank house and the Central Station. It's a single floor and therefore very suitable if you have difficulty walking (there is a small staircase to the apartment). You will have your own facilities and can stay completely safe. There are supermarkets and many (take-away) restaurants and cafes nearby and walking along the canals is great. We live above with our 2 teenagers, so we are easily accessible.
