Charming accommodation and peaceful and relaxing environment for a short weekend with the family away from the city, to be repeated.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 5 days at the place, but it was really nice. Right outside the door, two pigs grunt happily and you are really right on the edge of the forest. Everything is very idyllic. You absolutely need a car to get there. There was also a supermarket about 10 minutes away by car. In the kitchen there was everything you needed. The sauna was also really great and we slept heavenly in the beds. All in all absolutely recommended.

There were three of us with my cat and we all felt very comfortable! A lovingly furnished apartment in the perfect location. The bathroom is a bit small but serves its purpose. We will certainly come back again! Annette is a very nice host!

We had a wonderful weekend in Uitgeest as a family of five. The surroundings with the windmill, the meadows with lots of water, nature and the beautiful place just around the corner are the perfect starting point for various excursions to the sea or to Haarlem and Amsterdam. Our hosts were always very friendly and helpful, the house offers everything you need and is beautifully cozy. We will be happy to come back!

Tulipa was such a gorgeous place to stay. It is beautifully finished and very comfortable. We stayed on a family holiday with three generations and ten total people - and everyone was perfectly accommodated for. The en-suites are high end, the beds are very comfortable and the open space upstairs is lovely. There’s lots of free on-street parking, and it’s a few minutes walk to a bus stop which takes you to a train station. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent stay at Karin's, in a nice, spacious, very clean apartment. The private terrace is an asset. Communication was excellent and Karin was always very responsive. The seaside resort of Noordwijk is 10 minutes away by car. Be careful if you are a light sleeper, there are many animals at Karin's (horses, chickens, dog) and they wake up early!

Great place and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything worked out for us ☀️

We had a lovely stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and Jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

Maaike is a top host. Very nice room with all the comforts. We have enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Delicious extensive breakfast buffet! She responded quickly and thought along well. Definitely recommended!

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

We loved our stay on the houseboat! Such a unique and memorable experience, way better than staying in a cramped hotel room. The boat had everything we needed and felt quite spacious! We loved going out to the deck of the boat and having breakfast, coffee, or a drink outside and watching all of the boats going by on the canal! Hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, they let us drop off our luggage early and check in early when we arrived and gave recommendations for us. Neighborhood was also very convenient and very walkable but still pretty quiet at night and felt safe. The only minor complaint for me is that the actual toilet room was pretty small and cramped (which was the norm for most restrooms in Amsterdam in general) so it's not super comfortable, especially for taller people. Overall, loved the stay and would definitely recommend it!

It's really great place to stay. It is very clean and spacious in a very nice quiet and central location. Everything you need is there - hair dryer, towels, coffee machine + coffee capsules, etc. Even a small welcome wine and chocolate:). Everything is very lovingly down to the last detail. It was great that we were allowed to be there with our three dogs. The communication was great. Love that we were allowed to be there. We will be happy to come back:).

This truly is the ultimate place to stay in Amsterdam! The apartment is beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The location is unbeatable too! It's just steps from the city’s top attractions, with cozy cafés, great restaurants, and grocery stores right around the corner. Michael is a wonderful host as well. He is very communicative, attentive, and genuinely kind. He checked in to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Don’t hesitate to book as you are guaranteed a memorable experience!

Fantastic place to stay close to everything, very quiet inside.

We had a wonderful time in Amsterdam and felt really comfortable in the accommodation. Everything was lovingly furnished and the check-in was super easy. You have a great connection to downtown by S-Bahn and there is also a Jumbo (supermarket) nearby. We will definitely be coming back again! :)
