Everything was fine. Ocean view, three beautiful bedrooms, full kitchen. The place is very clean. However, due to humidity, there was some mold on the ceiling.

You won’t find many houses like this for the price. Not just in Portugal, anywhere with an ocean view/walk out your door. It’s a magical home away from the noise, and it has everything you could ever need for a long term stay. Amazing kitchen with every accessory. The top floor is now a room with a bed and desk, not lounge. Good for bigger groups. Can’t say enough good things about this stay and the surrounding areas. Only thing was loud/old doorhandles for rooms. 10 out of 10 beyond that

Spectacular weekend. The house is well situated, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Foz, super quiet area. The house is very spacious and well-equipped. Luis is very friendly and has always proved available. We really liked the whole experience and no doubt we'll be back!

Accommodation faithful to the photos, well equipped, large, very well located (very close to Supertubos). I've rarely seen such a clean house when I arrived. We were very well received and oriented. Things to know: the accommodation is very well located in relation to the sea (especially for the Ripcurl Pro) but if you do not have a car it is an hour walk from Peniche where restaurants and supermarkets are located. There are many drivers nearby to take you there if needed, at a low cost.

We (a group of 6 people between 28 and 33 years) spent 5 nights at the property and were completely satisfied! The space is modernly decorated and there was nothing missing. Especially the pool and barbecue area were often used by us! Communication before the trip, as well as during check-in and check-out, went smoothly and super quickly. We would come back :-)

What a beautiful place. Super spacious house, nice big bedrooms. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and the football table in the basement was a huge hit for our children aged 6 and 5. Also nice that there are items available for the beach. Views over the lake are fantastic and it is at walking distance to the beach. Recommended!

Everything is practically as described , parking space on the street , the area is quiet , generally good.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and new with an amazing view. Pool is just outside the apartment and was clean and not busy at all bit we prefered to be on the beach which is just a short walk from the apartment. The area is beautiful and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of Peter's apartment.

The place is really nice and cozy, our apartment had enough space for all the members of our family (and we are five). The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you might need - we even had spices, olive oil, baking paper, and even ice in the fridge. The shared area is clean and spacious, we felt like at home. Though the two other apartments were also booked and we had neighbors, we felt absolutely comfortable and enjoyed the pool, the grill zone and, of course, jacuzzi; everyone was friendly and nice and the house didn’t feel “crowded” at all. The hosts are amazing, they were always quick to respond and give advice on the places around, Manuel and Diana were open and hospitable all the time of our communication - right from the message with the booking require till we left the house. A bottle of water and wine were a super lovely present to start our weekend, thank you so much! Highly recommend staying there!

Sofias house is the perfect place for a family to enjoy the beach at Foz. We stayed more than a month a loved it! Very well equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of space, high quality finishing and interior. 5 min drive to Foz beach with the amazing lagoon. Sailing school to rent hobie cats or kites right around the corner. The house is inside a gated community, so great for the kids to play outside in the street. Sofia is very caring and responsive! Thanks again!

Perfect place for a quick stop for the night was a large group. It’s about a 5 min drive into Óbidos so not good if you want to walk but was great for us with the car. Also cute restaurant 5 min walk away

This was my first time driving in Portugal, and unfortunately, I got lost. Manuel was waiting at the house the whole time and patiently guided me on how to drive. In the end, I arrived safely, and I’m very grateful to Mr. Manuel.

Our family vacation back to where parents came from was wonderful. Our stay was nice and quiet, friendly assistance from neighbors. Lots of trails around once you walked out the front door, store within walking distance. Get to know the culture and the people everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely small house in Caldas - not in the very centre of Caldas but about 8-10 ‘mins walk from it. The lovely bijoux house is about 3 mins walk for the railway station and while the immediate locality is very residential and therefore does not have many amenities for tourists - it is still relatively central. I loved my short stay there, Francisco was a very helpful and communicative host who met me for check in and again on checking out. It’s lovely to be hosted by the actual owners and not by a professional agency as is so often the case these days with airbnb. I was an airbnb host myself for 10 years and I can tell you that Francisco and his Mother are friendly and wonderful Superhosts ! It is a lovely home, tastefully renovated and with a wonderful private outdoor space to the rear I’m just sorry I didn’t get to use the BBQ on this short visit - but I will next time HIGHLY recommended !
