Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der Terrasse ein. Das angrenzende Wohnhaus steht zur Zeit leer, so dass ihr den Garten ganz für euch habt.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 square meters to themselves. A small second front door leads upstairs. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another room with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I cannot rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland!
