Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Amherst

The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shops close by. Our group of 4 (2 couples) were comfortable in the space. The only thing we would have liked is two bathrooms instead of just one, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The beds were comfortable and the central air was nice, too. Allen was very responsive and gladly accommodated a couple of requests we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Ryan's place was clean and inviting. We greatly appreciated how close the location was to the places we wanted to go. As a family of three, the home felt spacious. The home was cleaned with natural products and had reed diffusers with light scents. That was especially great as scents can trigger my autistic child. Other than the main level bathroom, no room has an interior lock. The upstairs bedroom is a loft style without a door. The kitchen has enough cookware for simple meals. Ryan handled a matter where we needed help with expedience. We would highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

My recent stay at the lake house was nothing short of magical. Nestled among towering pines, the location offered breathtaking views of the shimmering water, perfect for morning coffee on the deck. The house was charmingly decorated, with cozy furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for delightful family meals, and the outdoor fire pit was ideal for evening gatherings under the stars. I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Overall, it was a refreshing retreat, and I can't wait to return!

Justin’s house was perfect for us! Quaint and had everything we needed for our family of four and my parents as well. The bedrooms were perfect. Fully stocked Kitchen was beautiful! Had coffee every morning and if we needed anything there was a small convenience store directly across the street. The heated floors in the bathroom was great! We did drive to most places. It was a little too far to walk to the Falla but it was very easy to get to along with entertainment like Niagara on the Lake and Clifton Hill. Make sure you go to the Flying Saucer restaurant for breakfast it’s a local favorite and very good! Thanks so much Justin for an awesome stay!

Liz was great and easy to deal with. We didn’t have any issues except the dry didn’t turn on but Liz quickly sent someone to take the laundry out for drying. Was perfect! We had 9 people staying and we felt it was very roomy and everyone had their space. Driveway was spacious too.

The house was easy to find and in a great location walkable to Main Street shops, restaurants and Glenn Falls park. The historic home was truly charming and as described. We loved the character and amenities. The added bonus was how comfy the bed was and enjoyed our visit very much.

The place was so close to the airport that we didn't have to worry about missing our flight. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very calm and secure. Enjoyed have stayed there and telling our friends about this quaint place.

I definitely wish I could’ve given more than five stars. The place was immaculate. The host was super very friendly and very accommodating. If I make it back someday I will totally stay at this Airbnb again. And I will highly recommend to anyone that I know that is going to the Niagara Falls area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camille House. It was very clean. The area was very quiet. It was perfect location, we were not in the main part of the city, but it was just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will definitely stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay, everything was so clean and bright. Our kids felt right at home and cozy. The added touch of breakfast included, bread and eggs, was incredibly thoughtful and immensely appreciated. It made our stay much easier as a family. Great stay! Walkable to restaurants, Angelo and Jenn were very helpful and fast response time to any questions. Lots of family board games. Convenient to Niagara Falls.

This place is adorable and has everything you need- amenities, location and the cutest deck! It was perfect for what we needed! This will be our go-to Airbnb our next visit! Definitely a 10! ⭐️

The stay and Airbnb were beautiful and flawless. We came up to house hunt, that in itself can be emotional and exhausting. So when we made our way back to the home away from home we had some really nice tea and sat out and it was so relaxing and accommodating. Thank you so much for making a stressful trip easy and exciting!

We stayed here for 2 days while in town for a wedding at The Sterling (Arrowhead Golf Club) which was a convenient 5 minute drive! Nice little town. Driveway parking was able to fit two vehicles. We stayed in the second story (I think the 1st floor is also an Airbnb) and it was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Abundance of towels, washcloths, etc., as well as a washer and dryer - if needed. Bathroom was tight for two of us to get ready however we appreciated the full length mirror in the bedroom so we could spread out. The bedroom with the TV had streaming services, as well as a fan in the closet for anyone who like to have one to sleep! Hosts were VERY responsive and friendly, which was much appreciated. I had a question around 10:30 pm and got an answer promptly. Thank you for allowing us into your home! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

If you are looking for a nice place away from the congestion of downtown then this is the place for you. Perfect space for 2 people. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area was beautiful. We enjoyed doing some work on the patio and we were in walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

Mary is an excellent host she makes you feel relax being there. Her hospitality gives you warmth it is beyond a 5 stars. Comfy, cozy, neat, and clean dwelling. The unit is close by shopping area grocery store and numerous restaurants. This is my second stay I really like the unit we stayed in. Whenever I come in town I would love to stay at Mary’s place.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The price of the stay was very reasonable for the location and living arrangements.
