This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

CEILINGS ARE LOW, just under 7 feet. Also, we live above, so you may hear normal apartment sounds. NO CABLE TV, but we have ROKU.

Welcome to Heritage House, a fourth-generation family home located in Buffalo’s bustling North Park Neighborhood. This home was purchased by my great-grandparents in 1940, and my husband and I still live in the apartment upstairs! This tastefully decorated, spacious three bedroom apartment is located in Allentown and a mile away from central downtown. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Allentown and Elmwood area. It’s located just a mile away from the peace bridge, leading to Canada and a 20-minute drive to Niagara Falls.
