Gina’s place is phenomenal. We had everything we needed and we felt so comfortable in this space. If you need a place to stay in Elk Grove but don’t need a kitchen, this is the place for you. This is private with your own entrance while being very near everything Elk Grove has to offer. I highly recommend and plan to stay here next time I need a place when I’m in town.

The home and property are conveniently located and serene enough to feel like a true get away! Only minutes from many conveniences and very private and lovely place.

Elena’s place was wonderful. Incredibly well appointed and lovely. She has thought of anything a guest might want or need. We will absolutely be back when we come to visit friends in Sacramento.

This was my second time staying at Cynthia’s spot and it was great. Easy street parking right in front, the place has what you need and is clean. I’d stay again!

Cynthia place was absolutely gorgeous. I arrived and she was not home and her beautiful dog. Toby was there to greet me. We played such for a while until I got tired. Ha ha ha ha. It’s a lovely home and a wonderful host. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious, very walkable yet also peaceful. This space was bright and energizing and Judy was very kind and responsive. We felt very lucky to find this space.

My stay at Jacob’s place was great! It was very quiet and cozy and in a very nice area. Jacob was a great host and was very quick to respond and take action when I brought up a small issue. Would definitely stay there again!

Love sitting in the courtyard and watching the birds. Cottage is very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!!

I recently stayed at this charming guesthouse in Loomis and had an exceptional experience. The house was clean, with every room spotless and well-maintained. They were prompt, friendly, and provided clear instructions, making the check-in and check-out processes effortless. Their responsiveness and helpfulness truly enhanced my stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to downtown Loomis. Being so close to local shops and restaurants made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to drive far. Overall, this home offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful place to stay in Loomis.

Ivy was a welcoming, flexible, and communicative host. The place is simple but cozy and has all the basics covered. Spare toiletries and essential oil diffuser were a nice touch. It's also in a great location -- easy walk to downtown where we enjoyed live music on Friday night and delicious food. Most importantly, it was just a quick 10 minute drive from all the beautiful outdoor activities Auburn has to offer - climbing, hiking trails, and river swimming. Would totally come back!

We stayed in Victors cabana for a few weeks. It really was a slice of paradise for my husband, my dogs and I. We’ll definitely be back around soon! Thanks so much for your hospitality Victor!

Beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable poolside studio in a lovely residential neighborhood. Lots of food options a short drive away. I can’t say enough about the pool cabana!I’ve stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this one is one of the classiest and most comfortable. It’s tastefully decorated, done with high-end appliances and thoughtful touches, and felt like home to me. The pool view is peaceful and relaxing - sitting by it is even nicer. Tina and Chilli were welcoming and friendly - but I always felt like I had privacy. I’ve never been to Sacramento before but after 3 days in the cabana and exploring the city, I’d definitely like to come back and stay longer!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It was exactly what we needed. The bowl of snacks in the kitchen was a delightful added touch. Kristine was responsive and friendly. The property was exactly as advertised and was easy to get to. The property was close to a grocery store. We also appreciated the easy, straight forward check out instructions. We would highly recommend Kristine’s place!

This experience exceeded our expectations! Wendy and Richard are the best hosts we have encountered, the space is top notch and well appointed, the view from the balcony is exquisite…close to markets, shops, and great restaurants. If you like to bike like we do, this location is only a short drive to the American River Bike Trail, which is a Class 1 trails/no cars, for 32 beautiful miles one way! We were sad to leave, but will be back again!

I had the pleasure of spending a week in this amazing space. The location is outstanding, with easy access to restaurants, trails, and history museums. Each day offered new opportunities to engage with the local vibes and natural beauty, while the nearby lake provided a serene setting to swim and meditate with my golden retriever. The home itself was immaculate and tastefully furnished, offering both comfort and charm. Mornings there were particularly special—spent reading beneath a sunny canopy of flowering trees, accompanied by the gentle sounds of birds. Was that a peacock? It was a truly tranquil and restorative experience. I am grateful for this thoughtful and well-maintained space. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a retreat near Lake Natoma/Folsom. :)

Very private and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed all the flowering bushes and trees. Just A few blocks from Trader Joe’s and restaurants,l. We really enjoyed walking in the historic East Sac area. Thanks again!

I can’t thank Russ enough for being so responsive and exceptionally nice, despite the late hour of our arrival (and a bit of confusion from my husband not reading the instructions completely). Despite that, Russ was patient and continued to offer his assistance. Though we did not use all of the amenities provided with the suite, it was nicely appointed and well thought out. Many common items one might need (ex: olive oil, plastic wrap, cotton swabs, and so much more) were thoughtfully provided. The bed was very comfortable, which made me even more grateful we had chosen to stay there instead of a hotel much further away. This was just such a great choice for us. The only potential issue could be parking, if returning late at night, as much of the street parking is taken by then. Russ is exceptional in his communication with guests; his instructions are clear and concise. Russ is, by far, the best host with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working. We would absolutely stay again.
