The bungalow is surrounded by a large spacious garden (900m ²) where you can fully enjoy all the peace and space. The beach, lighthouse and center is within walking distance. You can use wagon and bicycles. Furthermore, there is a private charging station for the electric car.

Our spacious six-person house has all the comforts and is a good base to discover the beautiful wadden island of Ameland. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed. The living room is spaciously laid out with a separate seating area with TV and a dining area with a large dining table. The open kitchen has an oven, gas stove, fridge and more than enough crockery. There are also 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, basin, and toilet. All this on 1,000m2 of private property

Hello We are Wijbe-Jan and Debbie. After more than 40 years of hosting, we have taken over the rental of the parents of Wijbe-Jan, Hans and Geertje van der Meulen. We live in a national monument from 1771. The farmhouse is the old farmhouse of distant ancestors to the beautiful island of Ameland. We rent 3 holiday bungalows for 2, 4 or 6 people. Pets are welcome for a fee, and free WiFi is available in all homes. We hope to meet you soon in one of our vacation homes!

Our guest house is on a property of over 2 hectares directly on the nature reserve "Noorderleech". The largest salt marshland area in Europe and one of the darkest spots in the Netherlands. Still undiscovered but very special. In addition to tranquility, nature, beautiful starry skies, and thousands of birds, we offer a glimpse into our art workshop. Because we are a place where artists can also stay for a longer period of time.
