Sunny, spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment in Nes (Ameland) for max. 5 people, with phenomenal views of the dunes and the most beautiful skies (like a painting). The apartment is only 300 meters walking distance from the forest, the most beautiful beach and the nicest beach tent in the Netherlands (beach tent Sjoerd). You can regularly see deer and pheasants walking in the dunes from the apartment and on the beach you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Luxurious dune villa close to the beach&lighthouse

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Ameland Farmhouse "Het Loo" in Ballum

Vacation apartment “Het Loo” is on the outskirts of the characteristic village of Ballum with the beach and mud flats 1.5 km away. This lovely and fully furnished vacation apartment is built in an atmosphere full of farmhouse. With private terrace adjacent to a very spacious garden. For hiking, biking or horseback riding, this is the ideal base. The apartment is very suitable for life lovers, families (with children), couples and adventurers. You will feel welcome and at home here!

Klaushuus - fabulous views, great location

Whilst simple in design and furnishings, the Klaushuus boasts one of the most magnificent settings on the island. From the living/dining room and the spacious south-facing terrace you have beautiful and unobstructed views of meadows with horses, pheasants and rabbits and the forest. Stroll through the woods and dunes and you'll reach the beach in 10 minutes, Nes village is a 10-minute walk or short bike ride and the great beach restaurant Sjoerd is also only 10 minutes away on foot.

The apartment is modernly furnished and has recently been completely renovated. In the kitchen you can cook and at the large dining table you can enjoy dining. The TV can be watched on the lounge sofa and even Netflix is in the subscription. The apartment is only 300 meters from the beach and also nearby are the dunes and the forest. Everything is within walking distance. In the village, 5 minutes cycling is a cozy shopping street, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

Nice comfortable apartment I

Centrally located accommodation on 2nd floor with a view of the harbour in the distance. Nice shower, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms, 1 with a single box spring of 90 x 2.10 m and 1 with a double Auping bed, also 2.10 m long. Due to the sloping walls not suitable for placing baby cot, so for max. 3 adults. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. Rental price includes made beds, towels, cleaning and Airbnb mediation fee of 14%.

How wonderful when a dream comes true. Come and enjoy my Tiny cottage "Dit Kleine Eiland". 16m2 pure coziness, quietly located on the outskirts of the city center of Nes. 20 min walk and you are at the harbor, and therefore the Wad (oyster picking!). Come, together or alone, and enjoy that beach walk. Enjoy the evening sun with a cold glass of wine on your own terrace or walk (2 min) into the village for the culinary delights Nes has to offer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment was realized in 2021 and equipped with all the comforts. There is a lovely bed with luxury bedding. The bathroom has a rain shower, soft towels and Meraki shower gel and shampoo. There is also underfloor heating in the apartment and a kitchen equipped with oven, spacious refrigerator and induction stove. The apartment has its own private garden for guests. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 200 meters from the beach entrance at Nes you will find our 4 to 6 person apartment James aan Zee. A beautiful location, rolling between the dunes overlooking the dunes, the sea and the Nesserbos. Within walking distance you will also find several restaurants where you can also have a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

“NOORDERWIND" is the name of our chalet on the beautiful holiday island, Ameland. Our chalet is located in the most beautiful spot of camping Roosdunnen, in the village of Ballum. Camping and chalet have all the comforts. The beautiful North Sea beach is within walking distance.
