House vacation rentals in Ameland

Our stay in the cottage was completely successful. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We felt very comfortable and would book the accommodation again at any time.

We enjoyed the time very much. In the apartment is everything you need and the garden is nice and large. We lacked nothing. We would definitely book it again.

The house is large and cozy. It was also clean and in order. We found the beds very cozy and there are mosquito repellent nets both upstairs and downstairs. What we still lacked in the description or in pictures is the information about the stairs. It's winding, steep, and has narrow steps. It was a small challenge for us as two of us have knee problems. But it was still good and overall we loved it.

The bungalow is in a quiet location and has a large fenced garden, which makes it perfect for families with children and dogs. It offers everything you need. Roberto was very helpful and easily accessible. We will be happy to come back

Cozy house next to the fields. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation, we enjoyed the great garden and the quiet atmosphere very much.

We were in the house as a family with two small children and it was well suited for that. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and also the equipment was good (children's travel cot, children's dishes, children's chairs, etc.). A highlight was the hot tub (video monitored). The meadow was freshly mowed and there was cozy garden furniture. If you asked about heating the hot tub, the hosts were immediately available to us via Airbnb message with their friendly help. One thing we would have to note were the ants on the first floor (ant bait expired since 2021) and a few dust mice in the upper bedrooms, which we were able to remove ourselves due to the existing vacuum cleaner. However, the bedding was invitingly fresh, and there were plenty of fresh towels (welded). Common kitchen equipment such as salt, pepper, coffee pods and baking paper were unfortunately not available. Overall, however, the quiet house was highly recommended.

Great location but you do need your own car to travel around. 15-minute walk to the center. The house is big and spacious. You will have everything you will need, complete amenities. They even have some board games. The only thing is walls are a bit thin so you can hear even the faintest noise next room. Also, the toilet is a separate room from the shower. It’s very tranquil and relaxed there. I do recommend it. :)

Beautiful villa, located near the dunes and the beach (within walking distance). The home was even more beautiful than in the photos. The house is very spacious, the garden around it is nicely maintained and gives a lot of peace. Village(s) and restaurants/shops are a short bike ride away, but can also be easily reached on foot. Recommended!

What an excellent house to stay. Very great surroundings, quiet and beautiful stargazing at nights. Close enough for travelling around Friesland and/or visiting the isles of Ameland/Schiermonnikoog. The house itself has all features you need. Great kitchen, very good beds and big badroom. Highly recommended for a stay.

The dune house is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time on Ameland. Located directly on the dunes, you can experience the nature of the island in all its facets. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Geertje is a great host and communication with her was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend a stay dune house!

A bright and modern cottage where everything is available, from herbs and coffee filters to towels and bedding. Good base for, for example, a boat trip to Ameland or visit a nice village in the area. Annet is very friendly in her emails and responds quickly. Price-quality ratio is fine!

It all worked well. The stay was pleasant. Wadden is well organised.

If you want to know something new about the house and the amenities, then we can't add anything to the fantastic description and the many guest comments. A beautiful, cute Frisian cottage. But what we can tell you is that we have never and nowhere experienced such great host qualities as those of Gaby and Peter. Something heartfelt, whether via text messages or live on the phone. As if you've known each other for a long time. In addition, there is the almost limitless trust in the guests. Lovely place, close to the center of Nes, yet very quiet with a beautiful view in front of the cottage and from the bed overlooking a dune. From the cottage you are directly in the forest, from the forest you can walk to the beach. The cottage is spacious, super beds and nice terrace. We will definitely come back!
