Several beaches around, the closest at 1500m. The village of Baden with shops is 2km away. Parking available in the property included a covered place for motos. Quiet place perfect to rest. Possibility to use bikes if available. Suitable for a couple or a family (the 2 bedrooms are communicating without a door in between)

Piscine couverte et chauffée de mai à septembre dans le jardin clos de murs pour les baignades paisibles, restaurants, commerces et plages à proximité, tout est réuni pour un séjour réussi. Afin de préserver le calme du quartier et par respect pour les voisins (dont nous faisons partie!), fêtes et soirées sont strictement interdites.

Amandine, Caroline and Sébastien present their family home. To keep it after the death of our dad, we decided to share it with you. It is ideally located facing the wild coast with a floor that has just been completely redone, with 2 additional bedrooms, a superb sea view, swimming pool from June to the end of September. An ideal house to accommodate 12 people (10 adults max). Welcome to our home.... Linens not provided but option to rent.

House on the island of GROIX, it is close to the port, shops and beaches. 10 minutes from Port Tudy on foot, ideally located for visiting the island: On foot or by bike Dolce Gusto coffee maker available and Intermarché 50 meters from the house. Garden of about 150 m2 with sunbathing in the back of the house where you can enjoy the sun and the calm of the cul-de-sac. Option: Beds made on arrival: 15 euros per bed
