Lovely apartment with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable modern furniture. Located in a small quiet complex, an easy walk from the main shops, restaurants and beach. There’s a lovely private sheltered garden with sun loungers, bbq and outdoor eating area. Paula welcomed us on arrival and showed us how everything in the apartment works. She is so friendly. Thank you Marcel. We’ve had a lovely holiday.

Apartment is lovely in a beautiful peaceful location with open views, surrounded by well kept gardens and small pool. The accommodation is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and extremely well equipped, an absolute home from home. Supermarket and shops and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk. Morghan and Parviz are really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay again if we decide to return to Alvor.

Mareen has lovely apartment well placed for easy travel to many of the areas of interest around you. It’s very easy to take a Bolt into Alvor itself or Portimao and the beautiful beaches. None of which were anymore than a few minutes away by taxi, If you prefer there is a lovely private pool and cafe on sight where you can enjoy drinks and snacks and the sun. The local intermarche is within easy walking distance for your supplies, as is a local mini golf course. Mareen herself couldn’t have been more a helpful hostess with easy correspondence and helpful advice. We had a wonderful stay and it was an ideal base to explore the surrounding area and restaurants. Can’t recommend enough

We stayed here at the end of May for one week with our almost 3yr old and expecting our second. It was ideal for us, right next to a supermarket & a seven minute (toddler stride) walk to the town. Lovely, peaceful apartment block. Only downside was the pool was a little cold as it wasn't high season heat but that can't be helped. The car parking space was super helpful. We also loved the outside balcony and rooftop with bbq; both caught the sun at different times. The apartment had everything, soo impressed with how well equipped it was - parasols for the beach, a cool box, every utensil imaginable. Even a small one-cup tea ball infuser which I was delighted with! Tonnes of spare towels, extra pillows etc. The only thing that would have been helpful is some recommendations of things to do locally which could be included in the black folder. And a gate at the stairs on the rooftop would make the accommodation even more child friendly. Host was super responsive. Best Airbnb stay!

Had a great time. The apartment had lots of extras for cooking, plenty of towels, blankets and everything else you would need for the stay. Communication was great and very accommodating.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

This is a great place to stay, the apartment is lovely. You can walk into Ferragudo with lovely restaurants cafes and beaches. Parking is easy . Friendly neighbourhood. Great

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

João was a fantastic host! He personally greeted us to tour the room and let us know his little “tricks,” and gave us ample recommendations. We had lots of room in the apartment and it was within walkable distance to everything. Old Town is a fantastic place and there’s lots to see, and his apartment is right in the center of it (but enough on the outskirts that there isn’t too much noise). Very much worth our stay and we will recommend him for future travels!

Great place inside a resort. 10 min walk to beach through peacefull village. Would rent again.

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

The accommodation, hosts, and location were all like a dream—filled with love and beauty. The owners were incredibly kind and caring, always helpful while also respecting our privacy. Our whole family enjoyed every moment, from watching the golfers to driving through the orange groves, and having fun on the trampoline and in the pool. Everything was top-notch. If I had to search for a negative (and I really had to think hard to find one), it would be just the occasional thought of whether a golfer's ball might come flying our way! 😂

The week in Lagos was amazing! This condo was the perfect location. Beyond my expectations!

Rafael is a wonderful host. He is very kind, friendly and cheerful. He greeted us personally showing us the parking space and then the apartment. He is very helpful and in any situation immediately ready to act. We spent 12 days in the apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing. The bathroom is brilliantly lit which makes makeup very easy. The washing machine has, among other things, a short 30 minute program that we used. We highly recommend Rafael and his apartment. The gentle sound of the ocean, freshly squeezed juice from Portuguese oranges and lemons drunk with ice cubes on the balcony will make you relax and unwind. fabulous stay. great balcony facing south with sun from Sunrise to sunset. apartment was perfect, comfortable and clean. I recommend highly, you won't be disappointed. best part was Rita. she was amazing, responded quickly and very helpful. she went above and beyond and even helped me with a courier package that was a life saver. don't hesitate to stay hereand definitely don't hesitate to stay at the marina. lots going on and very easy to access other parts of the algarve. Thanks Rita, you are the best
