what a beautiful apartment , had an amazing stay at Mareen's place. It is so conveniently located and you can be at the beach or at the best restaurants or at the marina or at portimao within 10mins and under 5 euros in uber. Apartment has everything you need and a supermarket just opposite it . pool is clean and much bigger than appears in picture. we will be coming back .

This penthouse apartment is fantastic. It’s got everything, space, decor, views, peace and tranquility. Faultless. We’ve already booked for next year.

Our stay was AMAZING! The apartment was exactly as described and was a perfect place for us to relax. As you can see in the photos, it's a 2 story and the deck space is amazing. Loved the layout, the close proximity to the beach, and all the restaurants in the area. We had a car and really appreciated the underground parking as well. Ana was phenomenal with her communication and check-in was very simple. In fact, Ana was incredible with her communication leading up to and during our stay. We were 2 couples and this was a great setup for us. 100% would recommend this apartment, and would love to stay again! Our 3 days in Portimao were super relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for.

We were 12 people who came together (ranging from 3- 89 years old), from across the globe and we all had a wonderful stay. It was perfect. The areas (inside and out) were large enough for us to gather together as a group, and the house was spacious enough that people could retreat to their room or area should they want to break away for some alone time. We cooked big dinners, spent hours in the pool, and played games at night. The grounds were private, filled with beautiful bougainvillea, geraniums, and hibiscus plants. There is plenty of sun and shade (outside) and ACs in the bedrooms. I would say the pictures don't do the home justice. The rooms are larger in person. The hosts were readily available to help with finding things in the home or with recommendations for things to do in the area.

We were there the month of April. Everything was excellent. We were met on arrival to ensure a very smooth check in. The place exceeded expectations. very clean walking distance to everything including beaches grocery stores and great options for dining. Host was super responsive. we would definitely return. We loved Alvor.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy little apartment in Alvor! The highlight was definitely the stunning sea view – waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was magical. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and quiet. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to come back!

Had a wonderful stay at the villa and condinium with two young children. Virginia was an exceptional host in terms of communication and flexibility as our holiday plans changed. The villa itself was extremely clean, well equipped and well set out - the children particularly enjoyed the pool - and was a short walk to the beach, which was also very good for young children. Ubers to Alvor were cheap (c.4 euros) and plentiful. There was a supermarket and some restaurants on site, the best of which for us was Miss Pasta. The villa looked as per the photos and was exactly as described - already the kids and myself are talking about visiting again. Amazing stay and very sad to be heading home. Thanks again Virginia!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was like a home away from home. It is a beautiful house with a beautiful garden, lovely ocean views in a quiet neighborhood with great walkable access to Alvor centre and harbour area. We love cooking at home so the really well equipped kitchen helped us make the most of our stay. It was so clean and welcoming. The only thing we regret is that we didn't stay longer. If we head back to Alvor one day. This is the place we'll stay.
