Also a restaurant, tennis court and children playground. The park itself is calm and great for families or friends who like to have a calm apartment where they can relax.

Shopping in the area is very convenient with many options less than 5 minutes by car (Aqua Shopping Center, Nova Vila Retail Park, Continente and Intermarché supermarkets).
