Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. The Birdhouse Aviemore peaceful 1 bed with garden

A little over a mile from the busy main street of Aviemore, The Birdhouse is a cosy little home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with free off street parking and front and back garden. Using the local orbital pathway, it is approximately, a 20min walk to the main street. Close to the Speyside Way, The Birdhouse is a great base for all outdoor activities or relaxing in a pretty home in quiet surroundings. The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.

Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands, and Inverness Airport are both within 15 minutes drive.

Kirkbeag, an old church converted to a very high standard, is located on the Aviemore side of Kincraig, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. It is ideally suited to big family groups. It sits beside the B9152 within walking distance of the village pub & close to Loch Insh Watersports Centre and all the activities available on Alvie Estate. It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
