Great place, comfortable, tidy, had everything we needed, close to everything, walkable. Could not be more impressed with communication.

The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. Felt like home! Didn’t use the kitchen except for snacks, we ate out our entire stay, but if you were to use the kitchen it was stocked with all your needs! I personally would suggest eating at Bluebei sushi & Grill right below the Air B & B I suggest trying EDAMAME & CHARRED EDAMAME & SHISHITO PEPPERS OMG everyone was happy with their orders ! This location is perfect, no car need, there’s something for everyone in walking distance! If I could give more the 5 ⭐️ I would

Our four-night stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect! We immediately felt so comfortable and settled in, like it was truly our own little haven. Although we only stayed one night, we were really comfortable here. clean, spacious and a kitchen that was very easy to work in. we made a nice breakfast for some local relatives and we were able to relax and catch up on the comfie living room furniture. Lots of cute touches in the decor throughout the house. while we didn't venture out to the yard, it is also spacious and well furnished for relaxation and play. Ella was flexible enough to allow us in a little early so we could get dressed for the funeral we came into town for. we were much more comfortable here than we would have been at a local hotel, for basically the same price. Exit instructions were clear, basic and easy. Thanks for a great stay, Ella.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Communication before our arrival was excellent, and the check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. The home itself was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of our favorite features was that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made getting ready a breeze and gave everyone plenty of privacy. The layout was perfect for our group of six, and we especially enjoyed gathering around the large dining room table for board games. The game room downstairs was a big hit too, with a pool table and classic arcade games! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing getaway. Small touches like the round ball ice cubes for our cocktails really stood out and were a fun favorite among our group. Having three TVs with streaming services was also a great bonus! We were beyond happy with our stay & would love to come back! Wish our weekend could have lasted at least a few more days!

We came to town for the Redbull soapbox derby and it was a nice quiet convenient place to come back to and relax. The pool, yard games and hot tub were nice for the young adults with us.

Very cute place! We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, kid friendly. We did not have small children but noticed that were many amenities for kids (toys, dishes, fold away crib.).

This home was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Drake University. Her sisters and partners were able to stay with us with room to spread out. The spacious, well appointed kitchen was perfect for food prep. The porch area was a great place to hang out and chat. We loved the color choices, decor, and fun furniture. We would stay here again in a minute and recommend Brandy’s place wholeheartedly!

This was our second visit in May 15-22nd 2025 to Des Moines and we did not even think about any other place to stay other than Linda's home. Linda is so supportive and we are extremely happy and enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

Crystal clear instructions on how to get into the building and once you get in, it’s easier the next time. Had a small hiccup with parking, because of a race that had all the streets around the building closed, but Kyle gave us an alternative suggestion that worked out just fine. Everything was clean and exactly as described and shown. One of the most comfortable bed/pillow combos we’ve had!! Great location and walkable to everything we were in town for.

The condo was amazing. Well furnished and comfortable beds. Lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was pretty. The only negatives are that there is no front door…the only entrance is a steep garage. I’m not sure I knew that. Also, the k cup part of the coffee station was not working and the garbage disposal isn’t working.

Jennifer’s condo is spacious, well lit and in a convenient location in the city. The furnishings are thoughtful and tasteful, and the unit has plenty of comfortable seating.

Great location for a basketball tournament at the convention center. Walkable from outside or the sky walk. Great communication and parking.
