Fantastic stay with Joana in her beautiful and serene Airbnb. Highly, highly recommend, the photos don’t do the space justice. Every morning, Joana prepares a delicious breakfast for her guests. Excelente. Fomos tratados com muito carinho. No apartamento o Eduardo nos deixou um belo lanche de boas vindas, com frutas, Yogurte, suco, leite, água, mussarela e Presunto. Além de tudo, todos os dias colocava um saco com pães frascos atrás da porta. Além de tudo é uma excelente localização. Amamos

Christina was extremely helpful and an excellent host. As a superhost myself, I would absolutely rate this place a 5 star. Her level of communication was excellent providing us with a driver and great local recommendations. I highly recommend having a hired driver while visiting the area if you want to travel outside the square.

A traditional Portuguese house fully updated inside, very comfortable and well equipped. São Bartolomeu is small village but about only a half hour drive to Évora. Beautiful countryside, friendly people, a cafe, pub, and grocery store all a short walk from Rita’s place. It was a treat to spend a few days in São Bartolomeu Do Outeiro in a clean, cozy, and comfortable home. Highly recommend Rita’s place.

The apartment was charming—beautiful art work, nice layout, two comfortable bedrooms, nice kitchen/dining/living room space! The yard is verdant with a lovely pool. We took a delightful walk along the river on a beautiful dirt road. So peaceful! We didn’t have a car, but walked to the center of Tomar in just 12 or 15 minutes. Rita was SO helpful! Having fruit, eggs, bread, yogurt, etc. made it so easy to have breakfast and even a light dinner. This was a fantastic Airbnb!

Casa do Forno at Quinta Velha is simply wonderful. It is beautiful and private, with fantastic views. Every morning for breakfast, we sat outside and looked up at the Moorish castle. The place was spotlessly, clean and beautifully furnished. It was a wonderful getaway from the crowds at Sintra. The bed was very comfortable and our host furnished everything we needed. Ines is a truly great host. She not only helped us with dinner reservations, but also told us all about the fascinating history of her property. It is one of the nicest Airbnbs that we have stayed at. I would definitely return if I come to Portugal again!

The property was beautiful and the villa was very nice. Mr Dinesh was very responsive and helped make our stay nice. The estate owners were very kind and we met them at breakfast. Overall was a great experience and would recommend. We thought the breakfast would be included with the stay per the amenities page but were told there it would be extra. I would check ahead of time on that.

We had a wonderful stay at Muidini's place - she was very responsive and helpful from the moment we booked, answering all all of our questions promptly and proactively providing recommendations. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless! We had a truly memorable and enjoyable experience!

Grace was responsive and able to meet me when I could arrive at late notice. Any issues were dealt with extremely quick. Location is beautiful, close to Oeiras Parque and Poetas park. The beach is also super close and it was easy to travel to Cascais and Belém too. The apartment is everything that you need to have a comfortable stay, squeaky clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed and sofas. It’s on the ground floor so nice and cool but also very secure, the windows let in a lot of light but also some nice views of the flowers. The shutters made the nights but especially the mornings comfortable and easy to sleep in. There is a small supermarket less than 1 minute walk away to stock up in the kitchen where you can cook but also there are larger supermarkets close by to drive to if you need to. I had a car and I felt like it made the most of the surrounding towns as they are all so beautiful, but you need to be a bit patient with parking there. I loved my stay and will be back soon.

The flat well situated in a quiet location in Lapa, only a very short walk to pick up a tram into the centre. The flat itself is quite cosy, but was clean and comfortable for our stay. The bread, jam, milk, butter and juice as well as coffee was a real plus and was much appreciated thank you. Would happily stay again!

It’s a great little spot and very central to so many things within walking distance. The staff is super helpful and very responsive. It has AC which is a plus and it does wonders after being out all day. The breakfast that you can have from the restaurant on the first floor is a plus, one less thing you need to worry. If you have a rental car there are a couple of choices within walking distance 5-6 minute walk.

It was my first time visiting Portugal, and this place was the best place to stay in. I visited my friends, and I can’t even compare their places to mine. It was very nice and clean, very helpful and respectful, responsible and proactive. Beautiful place with nice views and pool, also food was good, and I felt like home. Thanks a lot everyone, especially Armie, who was taking care about all needs.

Die Wohnung (ein Gästehaus) liegt auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen von Sofias Mutter. Es ist etwas ausserhalb von Tomar und ehrlicherweise sehr auf dem Land. Aber mit navi ist es gut zu finden. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön, mit vielen Obstbäumen. Checkin war sehr einfach, weil uns Manuela (Sofias Mutter) herumgeführt hat. Sie selbst wohnt gegenüber. Die Wohnung selbst ist grosszügig geschnitten und hat unten zwei Betten mit Duschbad und oben ein Doppelbett mit Duschbad. Die Wohnung ist gut klimatisiert, hätte aber auch Klimaanlagen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren wirklich prima und ein Highlight - sie waren mit Abstand die besten unserer bisherigen Portugal-Aufenthalte. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, eine Dolce Gusto Maschine und im Haupthaus Billard und ein Lesezimmer. Die Kinder haben sich auch sehr über den Pool gefreut. The most spectacular stay I’ve had on Air B&B. Comporta is gorgeous and the location couldn’t be more perfect. You are walking distance to the main downtown area. The hosts go above and beyond every step of the way. From a beautiful breakfast spread, happy hour drinks, and even getting us reservations… this place is so special. Thank you again! Highly recommend and would love to come back.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nel b&b di Lurdes, che si trova in ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni ma anche Tomar e Nazare. La stanza è comoda e spaziosa con un bagno privato molto ampio e doccia più che comoda Tutto molto pulito. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Lurdes è una persona veramente molto gentile e gradevole. È stato un piacere conoscerla ed anche gustare la buona colazione che prepara personalmente. Dal dolce al salato non manca nulla. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Das Luna Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben es als Unterkunft für 2 Nächte genutzt und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war ok für uns. Es ist nur etwas hellhörig. Wenn die anderen Gäste auch rücksichtsvoll und ruhig im Bad sind, stören die Geräusche nicht so sehr. Das Zimmer war traumhaft und das Bett super bequem. Wir hatten auch einen kleinen privaten Balkon, mit schöner Aussicht in den Garten und die Umgebung. Das Frühstück war ausreichend für uns (Vegetarier), aber als Veganer sollte man vorher deutlich kommuniziert haben, dass man veganes Frühstück braucht. (Sicherheitshalber auch beim Check-in nochmal ansprechen! ) Das Personal war immer sehr freilich und entspannt. Das Haus strahlt Ruhe aus, wenn die anderen Gäste sich auch ruhig verhalten, ist es traumhaft entspannend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen. A Quinta da Fonte Riba é o local ideal para uma estadia tranquila no meio da natureza. O quarto estava em ótimas condições, a área da piscina é muito agradável e a quinta em si parece uma pequena aldeia. Para além de tudo isto, o Fabrice e a Marie são excelentes anfitriões, muito atenciosos e disponíveis. Adorámos o pequeno almoço preparado pelos mesmos!

I stayed here by myself for a week and I’m so glad I did. I was drawn to the fact that from past reviews the hosts Justus and Alison seemed as they like to engage with their guests, which is exactly what I wanted since I was exploring a new city. And that was my exact experience! I had so many great conversations and got tons of tips throughout my trip. I really enjoyed my morning breakfast both for the delicious food and the conversation. My room and bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. I walked or took the train to city center and other parts daily throughout my trip, so very accessible in that way, which I loved. And there’s tons of restaurants and spots to grab groceries etc very close to the Airbnb. So a very convenient location in a city with excellent public transportation. I would definitely stay again!

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe zubereitet – frischer O-Saft, selbstgemachter Obstsalat, französisches Croissant und sogar ein portugiesisches zum Probieren. Auf meine Unverträglichkeiten wurde äußerst aufmerksam Rücksicht genommen – das war wirklich besonders. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage ruhig und angenehm. Das Bett war herrlich bequem – selten so gut geschlafen im Urlaub! Unser Auto konnten wir sicher in der Garage parken. Ein herrlicher Salzwasserpool – ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben außerdem tolle Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps bekommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I’m not sure you’ll find a more interesting and special place to stay. With all of his history and amazing views, there’s nothing like it . Joaquin was extremely welcoming and helpful. Suggesting restaurants as well as different sites to see. We could’ve stayed much longer. Hope to be back someday .

My husband and I absolutely loved this stay, and hope to be back soon. The room was clean, beautifully decorated with big windows and a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and approachable, and very accommodating of our extra requests. Every detail of this place was thoughtfully made right down to the continental breakfast.
