Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything. In all of my travels, this by far has been one of the very best experiences. The wonderful hosts, Martin & Karin are the most responsive, hospitable, accommodating and friendly hosts I’ve ever dealt with. The house is a traditional style home fully equipped with all amenities. It’s spotlessly clean and situated in a peaceful street with amazing views of the mountains. This is a very modern and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with a view over a beautiful lake called Fuschlsee. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The apartment had a very high-end coffee maker and other high-end appliances. Our host provided us with a free pass for the Salzburg public transportation system, including a bus which runs to Salzburg city center from a stop very close to the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Johann’s place. The location is perfect – staying on a farm surrounded by beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere was an amazing experience. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. The homemade pastries offered were absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this place!

Great for a quick stop! We stayed with Magdalena for 4 nights (in transit) and there was nothing missing. Very clean, everything fine, excellently equipped! In any case, it was completely sufficient for us. Communication was quick and flawless. To the town center by bike in about 5 leisurely minutes. The house is right on the bike path to St. Gilgen, very quiet. If there is anything to complain about: You can't really darken it, it's bright early! It didn't really bother us.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is beautiful. The neighborhood is great as well. We are so glad we stayed here. We were there on Christmas Eve and day, and Susanne was so kind and brought us a fresh spruce tree from her farm for a Christmas tree! We went to the local church for Christmas Eve service. Our family already misses our time here.

Beautiful vacation home on the shores of Lake Traunstein. Magnificent views of the lake and mountains from the living room or terrace. In 1 minute you can reach the house's own, private lake access, which is perfect for relaxing after a city or mountain hike. Hostess Herta was friendly, helpful and explained everything well and immediately helped if there were any questions. We will be happy to come back. Regards

If you want to enjoy your privacy in peace, you will find the perfect place to stay here in a high-quality and modernly furnished ambience. Even on her own vacation, Brigitte was always available and regularly inquired about our well-being. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, but that didn't bother us any further thanks to the sauna and fireplace. The region is beautiful and we will certainly be back.

Jasmin is a super host, responds quickly and is helpful. The place is clean and also has plenty of space for 7. The surroundings are very nice, you can do a lot. Overall highly recommended!

I feel people often overuse adjectives nowadays. I hate to sound cliche, but this place was truly magnificent. We didn’t want to leave! Enchanting! Ruth was a great host, gives excellent instructions on entering the town and House Seegarten. She gave great recommendations. She was flexible on our checkout. This is the first place we have been in Europe that we were talking about returning to before we left. Don’t miss it!
