This new house has an artistic, minimalist architecture with a soothing, calming atmosphere. We appreciated the lack of superfluous items or kitschy decor. The house is set amidst beautiful countryside. The view was fantastic, no TV is needed. The cozy sleeping places were high quality and had large duvets. There was a lot of peace, although the only neighboring house was sometimes being built. Since it was light in the morning in May, one of us had a little too few options for darkening. The host really cares about his guests, he was always proactive, very helpful and responsive. We traveled without a car and for the last kilometers it worked well with the call bus (phone or app). The on-call bus has certain operating hours and a time lead. Under certain conditions, some trips are even free (taxis are horrendously expensive).

Susanna gladly welcomed us and she was very friendly and helpful. The apartman was well-equipped, spacious and perfectly clean. The good location made it easy to reach hiking destinations in a short time by car, and also the lovely old town was a good walk from the apartman, where we enjoyed delicious dinners. We would happily return any time in the future, absolutely recommended! Just like on the pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay at Flo’s apartment. The location is very convenient, tram, subway stations, and even the airport line are just a few minutes walk away. You can easily get to the main attractions either by walking or using public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and there’s even a grocery store open on the weekend just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the apartment. Highly recommend!

A truly beautiful place to stay. The decor and finishing touches are tasteful, modern, and wonderfully comforting. The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.

We stayed with Michael and play companion dog Rosa for 9 days in April 2025. We really can't say anything bad. Michael is a very friendly host and also asks about the wishes of the guests. Our child and dog were also very welcome. The old villa is very quiet and surrounded by nature and the beautiful Vienna Woods. You could already feel the summer freshness in the Vienna Woods, as we also had very nice weather:-). We thank you for a great holiday and stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The apartment was lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable – we slept really well. Parking right in front of the house was completely uncomplicated. We would like to emphasize the nice and smooth contact with Andreas – fast, friendly and helpful. The only small criticism: The apartment was quite warm – a little cooler would have been ideal. Nevertheless, highly recommended – I'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, we only spent 1 night there on our Danube bike tour. The apartment is super nice, large, modern and very clean. You could stay here very well for a long time. It even has a bike storage. You can't hear anything from the train station, the house is generally very quiet. In the immediate vicinity is a Billa and a bakery is within walking distance in the train station. It is a maximum of 5 minutes by bike to the center. Communication with Jonny was also great, he is very nice and friendly and always responded immediately. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend the apartment 100% :-)

We came to town for the Veteran exhibition, stayed for 1 night! Everything went very smoothly. Clean, friendly place to stay, very nice hosts. The terrace was great and the apartment was spacious. Everything was walking distance. We'll be back!
