A spacious apartment on the ground floor awaits you. Very quiet location near S-Bahn (10 min walk). From here you can reach Stuttgart city centre, the exhibition grounds and the airport. The apartment consists of a bright living room and bedroom with double bed, couch and a TV. It has a small kitchen in the entrance area and a private bathroom. From the living room you come to your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking.

Old mill recently renovated with care, 110 m2 duplex cottage on the ground floor. Composed of a living room with TV, a double bedroom and a large room with 3 single beds, and a sofa bed and TV Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher. River views and private terrace with garden furniture. 1/2 day access to a private wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam), is included with the stay, (extension possible according to availability)

The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
