An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

Carport for motorcycles. Bicycle for small children. Bedroom: double bed and sofa bed. Pets are welcome. Right in front of the apartment, there is a large garden. The sunny location right on the bank of the wild river overlooking the majestic peaks of the Gesäuse is unique. You can also dock kayaks directly at the property.
