We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

Mein Aufenthalt bei Michael war wunderbar. Wir haben uns versammelt und wollten grillen. Das Haus war sehr groß und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besonderer Dank gilt dem Hausmeister – er hat uns sogar beim Grillen geholfen. Wir hatten nicht genug Kohle, aber er hat uns Holz gebracht und uns damit gerettet. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. De accommodatie ligt in een rustige wijk en Wenen is goed te bereiken met de metro. Supermarkten in de buurt. De accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien. 2 mooie slaapkamers met balkon. Uitgebreide keuken. Bedankt Claudia.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und der Garten wunderschön. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage nah an der Donau ist perfekt für Spaziergänge mit oder ohne Hund. Das Restaurant um die Ecke ist sehr gut, mit Garten im Sommer. Schara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Macy's house was just amazing. I was on a work trip with two colleagues, attending a conference at Kaisermühlen/VIC. There were three separate bedrooms, one in the basement, one on ground floor, and one upstairs. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Lots of space, clean place. It took just a bit more than half an hour to reach our conference venue. Vienna city ticket for public transport is valid all the way to Gerasdorf, which is not part of the city of Vienna. Bus 510 connects to Leopoldau, the terminal station of line U1. Macy was welcoming us in the house when we arrived and was really flexible with our last minute change of arrival time. Everything worked really smoothly. A warm recommendation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Sehr schöners Ferienhaus! Eignet sich gut für Familien. Einen herzlichen Dank für die Kiste mit Lego,unser Sohn hat sich sehr darüber gefreut!

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

Guter Gastgeber, der sehr gut erreichbar ist. Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und umgehend nach Lösungen gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für Gruppen von 5-10 Personen. Das Haus ist riesig und es gibt viele Bereiche, wo man gemeinsam sitzen kann. Der Bus (38a) zum Wiener U-Bahn-Netz und Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus fährt tagsüber ca. alle 10 min. und auch nachts. Man benötigt ca. 30 min. in die Wiener Innenstadt. In der näheren Umgebung des Hauses gibt es schöne Lokale zum Einkehren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Мястото за почивка е много уединено, в тих и спокоен квартал. Близо е до места за развлечения и реката. Паркингът е в сградата и е много удобен.

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. Wir haben Anfang Juni 2025 eine Woche in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr groß, sehr hochwertig und individuell/künstlerisch ausgestattet. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich im Garten, am Pool, auf der Terrasse, auf dem Balkon oder im Wintergarten zu entspannen. In der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden. Die Landschaft ist ein absoluter Traum, direkt vor der Haustür gibt es wunderschöne Natur (Wiesen, Wälder, Berge). Man kann wandern und hervorragend MTB fahren (sehr viele Trails --> absolutes Highlight :-)). Es gibt auch viele "normale" Radwege, auf denen man entspannt nach Mödling (10 min) oder Wien (ca. 60 min) fahren kann. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30 min problemlos direkt in der Wiener Innenstadt. Auch mit dem Zug super easy von Mödling aus. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war tadellos, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. E-Ladestation für Autos nur 100m entfernt.

Sylvia was so responsive from the initial booking through our entire stay. She was wonderful to work with and made sure we really felt at home. The location and the accommodation was so impressive and so excellent for the price. The pool and the area really made this stand out. This is a host and location that you want to stay with and at!

Dominik is an amazing host. My highlight was Dominik’s kind gesture at offering me an early check in based on availability. Communication was proactive before and on the day of my arrival. The keys were personally handed as soon as I arrived. Instructions upon arrival were brief and clear. Dominik was kind enough to also suggest good restaurants around the neighborhood. The amenities were so good that I didn’t have a reason to bother Dominik all through my four night stay. I’m definitely looking out for this apartment the next time I visit Vienna. Cheers 🥂

Beautiful apartment and great location! The place is even bigger than in the pictures and very well stocked with anything you could need for a short or long stay. Regina was extremely communicative and responsive. I had a great stay with my parents who are elderly and needed a place with an elevator. The building has a couple of steps to get inside but there are always handrails. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to everything but no necessarily in the old town center.

Jonas was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and the entire stay very pleasant. I especially appreciated local tips, flexibility with check-in/out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

Wir (mein Mann & ich) waren von Samstag - Donnerstag in Wien mit unserem Hund und meiner Oma (89 Jahre alt). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung alle sehr wohlgefühlt und die paar Treppenstufen am Eingang waren kein Problem. Alles war sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar Homeoffice-Plätze. Auch die Gegend war echt klasse, innerhalb weniger Minuten war man zu Fuß bei der S- oder U-Bahn und das Auto stand sicher in einem Parkhaus (2m Einfahrtshöhe). Elena war stets sehr freundlich und schnell zu erreichen☺️. Vielen Dank für den tollen Kurzurlaub!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Tarkan was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs. The apartment was clean and cozy, with great WiFi and good, quick access to all of the main attractions we wanted to visit via the metro. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Vienna.

Chez Christine was fantastic, and Daniela was a great host/communicator. The location is easy to get to with public transportation, the neighborhood is quiet but loaded with wonderful local restaurants, and it was simply a pleasure staying there. Highly recommended!

Alles Top wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung hatte alles was ich für 3 Tage benötigte. Genügend Steckdosen vorhanden. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. In einer Richtung nur ein paar Schritte von der Donau und den Parks entfernt, fussläufig erreichbar sind Messe, U-Bahn, WU (Uni), Prater, Supermarkt etc. Mein hohes Fahrzeug fand Platz im EG der Messe Parkgarage in der Parkzone D ( bis 3 mt.möglich ) gleich ums Eck die U-Bahn Station Krieau oder Messe. Rund um die Whg. gibt es immer wieder einen Parkplatz. Vor Feiertag oder am Wo-Ende mehr Geduld mitbringen. Die Wiener Parkrichtlinien natürlich beachten. Empfehlen möchte ich noch unbedingt das Roof Top Restaurant „The Living Kitchen by Zoku Vienna“ mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den Wiener Prater. Danke Karsten, es hat mir sehr gefallen. Ich hoffe Euch vl. mal in Zell am See begrüßen zu dürfen. Alles Gute weiterhin.
