The way to the centre leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar River or simply over the Isar Bridge.

The apartment has its own entrance. The staircase leads to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the kitchen-living room with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
