Vacation rentals in Altavilla Milicia

We had the magical family holiday in Sicily staying at Fabrizio and Maria's apartment. The location was perfect for us to relax by the pool or down by the beach, and for us to make excursions to Palermo and Cefalu' on the north coast, to Scopello and Trapani in the west, and to Agrigento in the south. We had a hire car, which was necessary, but there was also a train station with free parking very nearby for our visit to Palermo. All our daytrips were guided by fantastic personalised advice from Fabrizio and Maria. They helped us plan everything.. where to go and what to see. We also benefitted from their expert knowledge of the best local restaurants to eat the most delicious Sicilian food, and even enjoy fresh figs from Maria's fig tree! Fabrizio and Maria really looked after us and ensured we had the most amazing possible experience of Sicily. We are looking forward to welcoming Fabrizio and Maria to visit London one day so we can repay their incredible hospitality.

We really enjoyed staying in this cute, perfectly designed room. Unfortunately, it was too cold for the use of the roof terrace, but the view was sensational.

Pietro and Marilena's place is great. We were 3 couples, each had their own bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The kitchen is functional, it had everything we needed. Life is beautiful, the place is peaceful and quiet. Not far from Palermo by car, the villa allows a good break from the dynamism of the capital while enjoying the pool. Thanks again!

Danilo is an absolutely amazing host, very responsive, hospitable and helpful. It felt like home, we got a personal greeting letter, which was a very nice gesture, some treats and some recommendations about restaurants., at the end of our stay there were even some little gifts for us. The house is very clean, spacious, modern, carefully designed to be practical, with a patio, terrace, swimming pool and sunbeds and also a little playground for children. There is space for everyone. It’s located a bit up, in a peaceful area, to get there you need a car but it guarantees a very nice view onto the sea. It was a great experience. The only regret is that we stayed only for one night. Danilo, thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Very modern, well-maintained and very clean apartment. Perfect location to visit Palermo as well as Cefalù from there by rental car or train. Numerous restaurants, wine bars, cafes and fruit stalls are within walking distance. Flexible and straightforward check-in. Host is very nice and friendly and always easy to reach. In the morning you can hear the hustle and bustle on the street, which contributes to the authentic village experience. Parking is free around the apartment. If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend earplugs.

An apartment with neat decor, and impeccably clean. The neighborhood is as we like it with the authenticity of the people who live there. no need for a car to shop because the various small shops are within walking distance (bakery, greengrocer, butcher, restaurant, etc.). The geographical location is perfect for visiting Palermo, Cefalù... accessible by train from D Altavilla Milicia station. Agnese's small welcoming gestures were greatly appreciated with delicious apricots from her orchard. We'll be happy to come back to visit the rest of the area. We would highly recommend a visit to Agnès' apartment.

Highly recommended! What a beautiful oasis on the mountainside, beautifully decorated and set up for all your needs, we could live there! Unbelievable and romantic views, and our hosts were very communicative and kind. Would stay again!
