Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Mas Carbó, a 16th century farmhouse equipped with all the comforts comforts of the 21st century. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

Girona Loft Retreat is a unique space located in Sobranigues, a small rural town 20 minutes from Girona and the Costa Brava. Located in a fully restored 190m² old barn and a 150m² garden, it combines the essence of traditional architecture - exposed stone, wooden beams, high ceilings - with contemporary interior design that offers comfort and character. Designed for travelers looking for tranquility, style and nature for relaxing getaways or bike routes.

The patio house

The patio house is located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house (where I live). It consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss a thing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
