F2 apartment with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Quiet place. Pavillon Bleu Keys handed over on site. Open for rent year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra on request). Contact me for several weeks to unblock the dates. (always with arrival and departure on Saturdays.)

It's perfect, it has Everything. An 8 minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best cove in Rosas and 3 km from the center of Roses. Chic neighborhood. PK to park 1 car. Yes WIFI. A nice oceanfront apartment to relax with your family or friends on vacation in Costa Brava. It has a community swimming pool and parking in front of the apartment.
