I rent out a newly renovated, refurbished and newly furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent mountain views in the beautiful climatic health resort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

A compact kitchen features dark green cabinetry complemented by a wooden countertop. A large window offers a view of trees and nearby houses. Essential appliances, including a kettle and stove, are visible along with a small rug on the floor.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

We, four friends, used Marcus' place for a little reunion and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The décor is stylish and high quality, with many comfortable seating and reclining options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. If you are looking for a special Airbnb experience in a relaxed atmosphere, I can fully recommend this place.

Every host should take an example from Markus. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was super clean, pleasant and above all also extensively equipped. No corners were cut! There are so many details in the apartment that you would like to enjoy them longer. The small details impressed us the most. Be it the coffee bar in the living room, which was equipped with a speaker. The speakers were even in the bathroom (a great idea). The balcony was very well equipped and you had plenty of space. So the apartment looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. That's what you should do first! To the host himself: an excellent and courteous person!

We were very happy with the apartment. There were four of us there over a weekend and we lacked nothing. The apartment was absolutely clean, the amenities great and the WiFi also worked perfectly. The contact with our hosts was very nice, we felt completely comfortable. You have to know that the nearest place is a bit far away, but for us it was a wish, among other things. You just have your peace, can switch off and enjoy the view. The sheep and the goat, which you can see from the balcony, also made our trip even more special. We would come back right away! Best regards!

The apartment is wonderful in terms of its location and its amenities. View of the alpine mountain panorama. With great opportunities for hiking and stopping. The nearest restaurant or supermarket is about 10-15 minutes away. Landlords were always friendly, obliging and helpful, and they gave tips for the area. Will come again any time!

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very modern and high-quality. We were warmly welcomed by Anita and Sepp. There were flowers, coffee and homemade jam in the apartment. Towels were plentiful and there was the possibility to get fresh rolls in the morning. The fireplace was burning when we arrived, which was very nice. Anita is a host with all her heart. You just feel comfortable and welcome from the first moment. The location of the apartment is a dream. You can go hiking directly and enjoy nature. We can 100% recommend the apartment.

Large windows fill the room, offering sweeping views of a snow-covered landscape. The picturesque town is nestled within rolling hills, with rooftops blanketed in white and trees subtly dusted with snow. Soft daylight enhances the serene outdoor scenery.

A super nice & modern apartment with great views and top equipped - we felt very comfortable right away! Beautiful decor and fully equipped kitchen, you feel right at home :) Quiet area, but still very central & the train station is within walking distance. Communication with Jasmin was proactive, smooth & very friendly. A perfect stay, we will be happy to come back!
