Alpine Meadows vacation rentals

Beautiful location in the mountains inland from West Shore/Sunnyside. Large, lovely multi-level home with 4-5 bedrooms and every amenity you need including kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, bbq grill, etc. Biggest advantage is proximity - 3 minute walk - to Sherwood lift. Biggest disadvantage is the drive back to Sunnyside is ~8 minutes to get back to civilization. Biggest surprise was the amazing sunrise over the peakaboo view of Lake Tahoe. 5/5 stars and if you like Alpine Meadows and have all your gear sorted, 6/5 stars.

The location is great and the is home clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The restaurants nearby are good. The walking trails close by too.

This cabin was very cozy and just what we were looking for. Great place for a couple. Enjoying the hot tub while snow fell around us was a memorable experience and one of my favorite parts of the whole trip! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were several great restaurants within walking distance that we checked out. I loved our stay there!

We opened the gate to a grass covered, sloped yard with a stone pathway to the entrance of the sweet little apartment that was ours for four wonderful nights. But what truly caught our eye was the pristine waters of the Truckee River. The riverfront met our every expectation--private, beautiful and the sound of the waters rushing along--were utterly refreshing! The apartment met our expectations in every way as well. It was sparkling clean, had all we needed and the furnishings were good quality and quite comfortable. The king bed was perfect and my wife and I slept almost as well as we do in our own bed! (That's saying something!!!) We enjoyed morning coffee & adult beverages at river's edge relishing the sights and sounds of Truckee--even the trains! It was a great stay and a memorable place to celebrate our anniversary. We're already talking about when we might come back up!

It was a great stay! Everything was tidy and organized. I heard only compliments regarding the amenities from everyone staying in the house. I would say that the only con is that there is one bathroom and bath. The location of the house is amazing since everything is practically a walk away.

Ada's and Robert's house was exactly what we were looking for on a ski vacation. Well designed, stylish, cozy and beautiful. Ada and Robert communicated very well. We will definitely see if this house is available next time we visit Tahoe!

Beautiful and comfortable home. Easy entry/exit.

Our party of 8 ( 6 adults and 2 kids) plus 2 pets stayed for 2 nights and this beautiful cabin accommodated all of us very comfortably! We stayed in the entire time and there was plenty of entertainment for us and the kids. The views were absolutely breathtaking! The host was VERY responsive. We ran into some inconveniences upon arrival but thanks to the host’s quick responses, the issue was solved immediately! I would highly recommend this cabin, we would definitely be coming back!

Great stay for me and my large family. The large patio was great and so was the private hot tub. It was close to all the local amenities Tahoe has to offer. Only downside was paying a very large cleaning fee but still being asked to sweep and do our own laundry upon check out. Would still stay here again.

Steven was very friendly, easy to reach and fast responses. The cabin is quaint and comfortable, if the couch was a bit bigger might be more comfortable. The kitchen was perfect and being that we stayed in for dinners was fantastic, the stove and hood system was amazing! Loved the bedrooms in the upstairs loft, super cozy and comfortable. Would absolutely return and appreciate Steven's communication and overall positive approach!

This was a great week getaway! So cozy and the perfect location to explore Truckee as well as Tahoe City. A nice scenic drive to South Lake Tahoe as well. 10/10 recommend

Fabulous slopeside condo! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo had ample room for us (3 adults), and the location could not be beat. Description is spot on. Check in/out was simple, and Shideh was a wonderful communicator. Would definitely stay again!

The place is as advertised. Check in was quick and easy. Access to everything in the hotel. Affordable, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great location! You can see the Palisades gondola from the window. Very simple check in and responsive reception. Easiest check out I’ve ever had at an Airbnb as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Five stars all around. Location - 10000/10. PERFECT place if you’re skiing Alpine Meadows or Palisades. There’s a free shuttle that runs to both hills, only a 5 min ride! Also less than a 10 minute drive to Tahoe City and 15 to Truckee. And of course it’s just an absolutely beautiful spot right on the river. Host - Amazing communication and super friendly. Duane went above and beyond in hospitality after a tiny bit of miscommunication. Totally unprompted (we weren’t upset even in the slightest), he gave us a gift card to Crest Cafe right across the street as an apology. Which btw, we got the breakfast burritos - highly recommend ;) Overall, my husband and I were absolutely elated with the place. Will definitely come back when we come to visit Tahoe!!

We had an excellent stay at the loft. The location was perfect — easily walkable to the lifts up Palisades mountain and minutes to cafes, rentals, bars, etc. Hosts were great communicators, the loft was in impeccable condition, and it was both spacious and cozy for our four night stay. We would definitely visit here again for our next ski trip. Thank you for the great experience!
