More than a traditional Airbnb, we offer hotel services, a reception with concierge, washing machine, free luggage storage, free shower before and after your stay. The beach is -2 minutes away! Quiet comfortable heart of Nice 2 steps to beach

From our entrance you need only cross the Promenade Anglais to reach the beach (less than 100m). Built in 1925 'stucco'-style, the building today stands in a flowered courtyard screened from the buzzing traffic of the Promenade. You will sleep undisturbed here. The room is individually decorated and air-conditioned, with full accommodation (private bathroom,TV and WiFi), and quite large by French standards.

A spacious bedroom features a queen-size bed with a neutral blanket. A modern bathtub is positioned beside a large mirror. Natural light floods the room through sheer curtains, highlighting elegant furnishings, including a vintage fireplace and minimalistic decor.

The rooms offer different views depending on the category and floor. We use digicodes, these are private codes that will be sent to you in the confirmation. Our reception is located on Entresol.

Não poderia ter escolhido melhor lugar, tudo limpo, cheiroso, organizado, fomos super bem recebidos, a acomodação fica em frente ao metrô praticamente, bem próxima da cidade antiga, próxima a excelentes restaurantes! Eu com toda certeza indico, e voltaria outras mil vezes ! Ah, a cama é grande e o chuveiro super gostoso! Eles oferecem chocolate quente, chás e água, já incluso na estadia ! Simplesmente amei! Muito obrigada !

Room was fine, hotel staff very friendly. Well located and near the train station. Expensive for what you get, but maybe the price is normal for Menton.

This hotel room met our needs for a one night stop over before heading into Italy. Menton is a delightful town full of surprises- great food, great walking, lovely people and so much going on right next to the sea. The Hotel is close to all of this.
