Very responsive and friendly hosts by messages. The accommodation is very well positioned to get back and forth between Monaco and Nice. Everything was great!!

We had a great time at Richard's who made sure everything went smoothly. It's a little slice of heaven where the living is good even at the end of September. We enjoyed the sunny terrace in complete privacy. P.S. The road to get there can be intimidating but it always went well for us and the setting is worth it😉.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

Michel is truly a superhost, kindness and care in explaining the details of the house, always available! The house is fantastic, it exceeded our expectations! Too bad we didn't have time to try the sauna, hopefully on another occasion! Highly recommended, an oasis of peace with also many games to play! Congratulations!

We had a pleasant stay, the host welcomed us very warmly. positive points: the garden, the pool, the location, privacy of the accommodation in the area. Negatives: the price, no door to the toilet/bathroom, no hob (as indicated in the listing).

We had a very nice week with our two children in this mobile home and campsite, there may be a small lack of maintenance or finish overall, nevertheless it is compensated by a dynamic team, very pleasant, always in a good mood, attentive, who had prepared a program of activities for adults and children in the week, there is as described in the advertisement, a beautiful common area, boulodrome, inflatable games, swimming pool, a beautiful restaurant / bar... the access to the river at the foot of the campsite is very easy to access with children and really nice. We'd love to come back.

Excellent stay in Jerome's rental, everything is done to make you feel even better than at home. Brigitte, her mom who welcomed me, is super nice and helpful. I had a pleasant stay with my two dogs, super happy to be able to frolic in this large wooded area and to take walks to discover the bories and beautiful villages of the Var. What happiness!

I stayed at Catherine's place for 6 days and I only have one message: don't rely on appearances. Catherine is a warm and thoughtful host who will make your stay a moment of tranquility and healing. First, the place is in a great location: a 10 minute walk to the sea, local shops and Menton-Garavan train station (trick: the Bik'air app, similar to Lime, will allow you to easily get around by bike throughout Menton). The cabin provided by Catherine, detached from the house and ideally located in her beautiful garden, has all the amenities. Although the kitchen side is a little difficult to access, Catherine allowed me, always with great pleasure, to use everything I may have needed during my stay: its kitchen, washing machine, etc... So, so often there is a glass in Catherine's right hand, her heart is definitely on the other. I will be back with great pleasure.

One of the best stay's I've had

For a stopover or a long stay this accommodation is idyllic, peaceful and environmentally friendly. The host is welcoming and offers a variety of services ranging from breakfast to the purchase of customizable 3D souvenir decorations made by the host. The premises are clean, the directions for enjoying the stay are clear and complete. I would highly recommend it.

I spent 4 months in this magical place, from March to the end of June 2024, and it was a very building for me, rejuvenating cells, a BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE. If there were any minimal shortcomings in the cottage itself, which is understandable, because it is flushing, everything has been compensated FOR by an unlikely beautiful view from the window and terrace. On top of that, great hosts, with a cheerful smile (like not all French, Poles, D ), completely undesirable, but ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP! I recommend this place-it's a breathtaking experience. Warmly welcomed in a relaxing setting. We were able to recharge peacefully in this cozy little cottage and its jaccuzi ready to welcome us as soon as we arrived. With an amazing view when we wake up, to discover... If you are accompanied by a big doggie and are looking for a place to disconnect without having to worry about it for his safety, I recommend choosing Patrick! Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Marie welcomed us warmly. Absolute dream location, the small chalet has everything you need. Great outdoor seating in front of the chalet and a private lounge upstairs by the magnificent pool. Beautiful market on Wednesday morning, delicious restaurants and there is a bike path "Balcon de Azur". The baker in the village has a terrace, baguette tourettes and a café au lait, a nice start to the day. It was very nice to stay with Marie and her husband, absolutely recommended.

Soothing and rejuvenating place in a beautiful green setting. The exterior is very nice and keeps all its promises. Beautiful amenities available: swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, pool accessories, etc. The tiny house is very functional for 4 people. The cleanliness of the space is impeccable. We were very well received and hosted.

We stayed at Dominique's for 5 nights and it was just wonderful! The accommodation is the purest oasis and we were able to relax well. We slept wonderfully and woke up in the morning overlooking the dreamy garden. If we are in the area, we would love to come back

We were looking for a place to get away from it all, recharge and get back in touch with nature, a mission accomplished. A Tiny house like you dream, place, atmosphere, energy, everything was there. Wonderful apartment directly overlooking the Mediterranean on the Promenade de Anglais. Outstanding location for exploring Nice and environs. Transit options (bus and tram) just steps away. Many restaurants within an easy 10-15 minute walk. Apartment is ideal for a couple. Kitchen is well equipped and modern which makes breakfast easy (top notch Nespresso machine) and dining-in an option if you wish. You’re less than 50 meters from the beach, directly across the Promenade. Be aware that Promenade de Anglais is a popular street ~ so you will get some traffic noise. But the view of the Mediterranean and the sea breeze top any noise issues. If our travels lead back to Nice we will definitely book again.
