Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.

In posizione strategica permette di raggiungere Sacile, Polcenigo, Aviano, Pordenone ma anche la foresta del Cansiglio, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Venezia e le colline del Prosecco. Gli amanti dello sport possono usufruire dei numerosi sentieri percorribili sia in mountain-bike che a piedi.

Maria 1936 is a historic barn which has been beautifully restored into a special place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. In the spring, summer & autumn it has great hiking right from the front door. In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
