My family and I flew in from out of state. Temitayo was very kind and responsive. The home is beautifully furnished and very clean. We came in for my father’s funeral and we were able to gather in comfort and mourn our loss. Sincerely appreciated Temitayo’s communication and understanding. This place was perfect for a few day work trip. There’s not a kitchen to speak of but plenty of kitchen type stuff, that was good enough for me! This place has a beautiful view right out the front door with the patio. It’s a gorgeous place to drink coffee in the morning or have a glass of wine in the evening! I would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely house conveniently located in Beaverton, near Portland. My family felt safe and right at home.

We loved our stay here. Came with our one year old for a wedding close by and having the office space for him to sleep in was perfect. The guest house is spacious, the bathroom was so fun with the bidet toilet and steam shower. Very peaceful area and the porch swing was great! No complaints.

Alex place was beautiful, homey, clean, comfy, very spacious.Loved the setup and the aesthetic of the house. Lots of natural lighting and the master bedroom was huge and bathroom with the soaking tub was amazing! Close to Portland in a beautiful neighborhood and the bbq grill was nice! If you’re a music lover he had an amazing sound system upstairs! Definitely recommend to stay here! I would stay here again. My husband and I had a great time with his family.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay for a family event we were attending in Beaverton. There was plenty of space for everyone to find a quiet spot while also having open community spaces like the kitchen, dining room and family room, where we could all come together before or after our day out with family. We will definitely be renting again for our next trip to Beaverton!

Great location for my visit. It is close to family members living in the area. Checking in was super easy. The property is clean and well stocked with the basics. The beds are wonderful. Experienced the easiest check out rules EVER! Wonderful Airbnb property!

We were so happy to be back in Portland and Peregrine’s place made our visit that much better! Beautiful house with lovely porches, gardens and within walking distance of great food and coffee. The accommodations were thoughtful and the bed sooo comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

The house is truly beautiful. Everything is very peaceful. I recommend it 100%. Everything is exactly as it appears in the photo. Communication was very good. A beautiful house.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place and perfect for one or two people. The shower was spacious with two showerheads, the bed was comfortable, and outside area was exactly what I needed. I kept the bedroom windows open because I like to be cool, and there was very little noise, except an occasional serenade by a nearby frog. Easy to get to from the freeway, though my GPS had me on the next street over, but it was easy to figure out where I needed to be with Rebecca’s directions before I got there.

This is my favorite air bnb I’ve ever stayed out. The location was great, the space was so beautiful and so affordable. Jim was amazing so friendly and helpful with recommendations. He didn’t make us do any of the cleaning, had seltzer waters and coffee for us on top of everything else, and was just so lovely and pleasant. Thanks so much Jim! Your home is so wonderful.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, helping us resolve a couple small issues shortly after we arrived. The place was quiet and peaceful, with very little noise for a basement apartment. Our family of four with 9 and 11 year old kids was maxing out the bed space. The kids reported the sofa bed was a bit small. We loved the neighborhood and the hosts. Thanks again!

Amazing Airbnb! The location is great- being close to the city yet having a bit more quiet. The owners are truly the best. They continually went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their communication was consistently impressive, from my initial inquiry prior to booking all the tickets at through checkout. I was traveling with twin newborns & they were so helpful in setting my trip up for success. The Airbnb itself is thoughtfully arranged & more than you could ask for. Their back yard is AMAZING! Great open green space, camp fire area, dining & a great play set. We plan to be back soon! (: 10/10 would highly recommend!

We stayed here as we were attending an event at the Portland Expo center which was a close drive. Nice little neighborhood, and cute little place to stay.

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

Great value and it was above my expectations when I walked into the house. I had a great use of the kitchen and the AC was definitely a huge bonus during the summer heat. Rich was very good in communications and I felt like I was well taken care of

I live nearby and needed a place to stay during a minor remodel - picked this one because it was so close to groceries and restaurants. Very convenient, clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen. No problem finding parking on the street. No AC, but stayed cool and pleasant even when the weather got hot. My only complaint was flies (outside) from the chickens next door - Bee got fly traps right away when I mentioned it, but there’s only so much she can do.

We enjoyed the large spaces, especially the living/dining/kitchen area. The dining table was ideal for board games, and it was nice that we could all sit comfortably in the living room. The bed linens were very soft, even though the beds themselves weren't as comfortable (for us -- very subjective). The master bath had some minor detritus in the tub from the skylight too, but everything else was spotless. All in all, we had a lovely time, and Mary Jean was thoughtful, respectful, and helpful.

Definitely best for a solo traveler or couple. Would recommend traveling light just so you’re not tripping over your luggage. The neighborhood felt super safe and was quiet. Definitely would come back in the future :)
