Lovely private apartment. The self serve key-less entrance to the apartment is up the home's original staircase from the front door. The one bedroom has a king size bed and a single cot. The bathroom is updated with a large tub with shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans. The smart tv contains Netflix , Crave that you can login in the bedroom and the TV in the living room has Shaw Direct and Apple TV .

Forest Yurt

Cozy, bright, yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, library, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, no shower or wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

The cabin facing the river. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Bedroom 1: has a Double with a single on top. Bedroom 2: has two singles bunk. Living-room has a sofa bed. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, large air-fryer , microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. A park like setting but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Peterborough.

Getaway with the whole family, including your pup! Tucked away in a forest with a large deck overlooking the pond, everyone can enjoy. Ammenities include an oversized sofa, extra large flat screen, gas fireplace, and beautiful kitchen. Please note, the owner Russell does reside in the lower unit from May-early January.
