Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used as a student residence. The house is a shared double house where 15A is the left half of the house – the stairs in the middle of the house up to the first floor are shared with the neighboring apartment 15B. The apartment is bright and friendly and is continuously maintained. The apartment has a wonderfully nice courtyard and a small piece of grass. The house is centrally located in Sandvig with only a few hundred meters to a nice sandy beach and a few kilometers to Hammershus.

If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
