Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Lovely summerhouse vibe in an old forge. Cozy decorated old annex for our house, just two minutes from the beach and the harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You will share a garden with us where it is possible to barbecue by appointment. In the garden, the acclaimed artist Frederik Næblerød has done a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a hot plate/hood/fridge and espresso machine

Cozy little cottage on our organic farm Grydehøj. Beautiful, quiet rural surroundings, located directly on the bike path (Almindingen-Gudhjem). We have 4 Icelandic horses, 2 mother cows and their calves and cats, all of which are used to dealing with children. Our chickens lay fresh eggs every day for our guests. Next to the vacation home, we rent our cozy trailer. If you want to set up an extra tent, you can do this on our small natural campsite.

Camilla’s apartment is very charming and comfortable and clean. Parking is easy, and it is a short walk to the harbor and to Svaneke Torv. The apartment is well stocked and boasts an efficient washer. Camilla is a very personable and really took her time to get to know me and and to offer her knowledge and experience. My father Gunnar was from Bornholm, and Camilla found much information about not only my father, but about my grandparents and great grandparents as well. And through this my wife and I struck up a warm friendship with Camilla. I recommend Camilla’s apartment for your next stay in Svaneke.

We had a really nice stay in the apartment at Søllingsgaard. The location was great in beautiful Svaneke, with everything within walking distance. The apartment met expectations; a cozy apartment in an older courtyard. We'd love to come again.

Very nice smart and functional apartment. Nice bathroom. Lovely with morning sun and a view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony. Even if the weather is a bit gray, it's nice to have a sea view. The apartment is well located as there is only a 10 -15 minute walk to Gudhjen harbor city, where there are good opportunities for both food and drink. There are also shopping opportunities within walking distance to the apartment, which is a great advantage. This was our first time using Airbnb and Per was very helpful in this regard. It was also very positive that there was a personal welcome to us when we arrived at the apartment, with info. about the possibility to use the garden behind the apartments, where the evening sun can be enjoyed. A few times we had some practical questions and Per was always quick to respond. Our holiday week has been a really lovely experience. Many regards, Charlotte & Allan

My family and I took a once in a lifetime family trip to the island and stayed in this beautiful home. It is the epitome of hygge. The home is bright and airy, beautifully designed, and thoughtful in its layout. We had three families with two small children and everyone had space to themselves to relax and also come together for family meals both inside and outside of the home. It had everything you could possibly need in a home away from home. The garden is gorgeous and well cared for and we loved sitting outside morning, noon, and evening after our daily adventures. Coming back to the home was always so relaxing. It truly felt like home. The town of Rønne is lovely and the location is so great with grocery stores nearby, bike rentals, and strolling downtown to their museum! Super good and proactive communication and nice easy to find as well as check-in. Emilie and Benjamin have a nice and clean home in the most beautiful green surroundings. We enjoyed the view in the morning and evening - not least the tranquility. We had a short distance to the places we wanted to see and chose the home because it had what we were looking for - nice, cleanliness, nature, tranquility and short drives to the areas we wanted to explore. It delivered their home. Thank you for the loan - we hope to come back!

Nicholas' house is really beautiful and we immediately felt at home. The fantastic views, the central but quiet location, the very nice decor, the great terrace and the many details make the lovingly restored house an absolute favorite place. Gudhjem is also centrally located and is a great base for a variety of excursions in northern Bornholm. Beautiful beaches are also nearby. We had a really nice little week at Gabriel's home, which was clean, cozy and was perfectly geographically within walking distance to everything in Rønne city center. Gabriel was welcoming and quick to respond. The only drawbacks were that one room was a walk-through room, and that there was not so much hot water in the shower, but it was also considering that we were 3 people. It got a little chaotic when we were all going to shower on Christmas morning, and there was only water for one. It might have been communicated, because of course it is possible to fix internal planning, but in addition to that, we are so happy and satisfied with the stay. Thank you Gabriel!
