Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can quickly reach the enchanting Lake Constance, Austria and Switzerland. The Upper Allgäu is also within easy reach.

On the playground (swing, slide, seesaw, sandbox) as well as in the play city, children have wonderful opportunities to romp. In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau.
