This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. My place is right on the shore of Lake Walchensee with lots of sports for anglers, hikers, skiers - the Herzogstandbahn can be reached on foot. In addition to many possibilities, Herzogstand (the cable car is within walking distance - you have a breathtaking view), the monastery Benediktbeuern - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the famous Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Palace are interesting excursion destinations.

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.
