When passing through the Gerberschanze, you reach the lake in approx. 2 minutes for swimming. Close to many nice cafes and restaurants.

Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The property is not large, but a perfect starting point if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car. It has two bedrooms, each with its own balcony and a small bathroom, as well as a large living room and another shared balcony in the middle. The apartment is located right on the water. A water access also connects directly to the apartment and a piece of meadow belongs to the house.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
