Im JH4 befinden sich gesamt 4 Wohnungen. Die Nähe zur Marktstraße mit den netten attraktiven Geschäften und Lokalen sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Achtung, da dieses Haus mehrere hundert Jahre alt ist, sind die Raumhöhen teilweise sehr nieder (ca. 2m), was aber auch seinen Charme hat.
