You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. Zeer mooi groot appartement met twee slaapkamers. Heerlijke locatie om te skiën in de winter of te zwemmen in het meer in de zomer. Het appartement ligt op 5 min lopen van de skilift. Het appartement heeft mooi uitzicht op het meer, de haven en bergen. Al met al een unieke plek op het park en in Zwitserland! Linnengoed en handdoeken zijn inclusief! Kinderbedje en -stoel zijn aanwezig. Ik verhuur mijn eigen appartement zelf en ben nergens bij aangesloten.
