In the very center, very nice 2-room apartment, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140 cm bed. All south and west facing opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros! It has a bedroom with storage and a large 180 cm bed. Finally, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.
